Glasses simulating partial vision offer a unique perspective at the launch of RNIB’s ‘See Through Sound’ Campaign
Newton Faulkner and Andy Jordan headlined Tuesday 19th launch event of RNIB’s ‘See Through Sound’ campaign. The Production Hub are sponsors of the campaign and helped make the launch event a success, working with RNIB to design and source the ‘sim specs’ glasses worn by both artists and guests. The glasses provided an innovative way to temporarily experience what living with sight loss is like and really bring home some of the challenges faced every day by those suffering from conditions affecting sight.
“A big thank you to The Production Hub in helping to make the ‘See Through Sound’ launch event a success. The ‘sim-specs’ were a great way for the audience to experience live music in a whole new way.”
Leo Visconti, Group Head of Relationship Fundraising, RNIB
The main ‘See Through Sound’ event will take place on Friday 14th October 2016 at Cadogan Hall in West London featuring some of the UK’s most promising breakthrough acts and a yet to be announced ‘Stellar Headliner’.
