For the 3rd year in a row we’ve achieved a 1st class pass for our reaccreditation of ISO9001!
This week we have been audited by CQS to ensure that our quality standards are up to par – and yes they are! We’re delighted that not only have we maintained all of our standards, but that we were re-awarded with no observations or minor non-conformances. Just like an MOT there is nothing on our watch list. Due to the complexity involved in adhering to the controls outlined by the standard very few organisations receive a Class 1 pass.

It was designed and is continuously developed to be a key business development tool, providing a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of an organisation in order to consistently satisfy customers and other stakeholders. In simple terms, provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service time after time – or even more simply put it enables us to provide you with the quality service you’ve come to expect from us.
