We understand that to plan and deliver a direct mail campaign takes a lot of resource, and until the direct mail pack touches down there is a slight nervousness. Unlike e-mail there can be several days delay in seeing any results – plus how do you know it has even started to land on people doorsteps? With our Seed Reporting service we can offer that additional peace of mind from origination of the campaign, through to mailing and delivery. Do you want to learn more?
So exactly what is Seed Reporting?
The Production Hub have collaborated to design a unique Seed Reporting system to tell you exactly when your mailings land – information that could be useful for you if you’re running time-dependent campaigns.
How does it work?
We’ve recruited a specialist network of people across the UK and overseas, to be our Seeds – at least two per Royal Mail Inward Mail Centre (IMC). These people are entrusted to report on any mail they receive.
How can Seeds monitoring help?
Using the seed report alongside the other information, The Production Hub can provide everything you need to monitor your mailing campaign.
-Monitoring during times when there may be disruption e.g. extreme weather
-If your call center is not receiving calls – we can check your campaign is arriving
-UK wide coverage of reporters providing real-time confirmation of delivery for every Royal Mail Centre
-Peace of mind – from collection to delivery.
How much does it cost?
There is a small administration fee in addition to the 100 extra seeds that you need to embed into your mailsorted file. To find out how seed reporting can help you and for a detailed quote please get in touch with our customer service team or drop us an e-mail to enquries@productionhub.org.uk
