South-East based ‘The Production Hub’ (TPH), which works mainly with charities, has now acquired the fledging Angus Print Management and created a Northern base in Leeds, to strengthen its Print Management operation in the South which currently turns over £3million.
TPH are experts in delivering an end-to-end direct mail service and are passionate to do things differently. Nick Hames, MD since it was founded in 2012 has always strived to ensure client’s expectations are surpassed in terms of budget, schedule and to raise the customer service bar!
Whilst Sarah Wiles – previous owner and founder of Snap Print Management who had only recently returned back to the print and direct mail industry having launched Angus Print Management earlier in the year said: “It was an opportunity not to be missed”.

Print Management is all about good people – always striving to be the best, buy the best and deliver the best for its customers and that is what both Hames and Wiles have in common. So rather than competing against one another, a deal was struck to acquire the fledging business.
By taking on the Leeds office it means that key suppliers in the North, are more accessible for supplier quality control audits, in-line with TPH’s ISO9001 accreditations. TPH will also acquire the pioneering postage brand CO2 Neutral Mail® which offers its clients the ability to offset the environmental cost of direct mail.
Unlike many Print Management firms, TPH have not just invested in its people – but also technology. They are experts in data-driven innovative mail solutions, with market leading in-house document composition software. This twined with over 100 years print know-how, makes ideas developed for on-line marketing communications possible off-line. TPH’s in-house data processing bureau is fully GDPR compliant and ISO27001 approved.
