Back in February 2017 TPH achieved two ISO accreditations. Quality Management ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 for Information Security Management System (ISMS).

ISO27001 provides a framework for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring and improving information security management using a six-part process model. Whilst ISO9001 is one of the most recognised quality management systems globally. This was designed and is continuously developed to be a key business development tool, providing a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of an organisation in order to consistently satisfy customers and other stakeholders. In simple terms, ISO provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service time after time – or even more simply put, it enables us to provide you with the quality service you’ve come to expect from us.
Typically accreditation is achieved for three years, however, to ensure levels of excellence are maintained the ISO body audits annually in order to ensure compliance is evident against strictly measured process criteria.
I am delighted to confirm that TPH achieved a Grade 1 pass in both recent audits with no non-conformance or observations identified! This is a great achievement and a real testament to our teams commitment to quality, data security and process control. We are extremely proud of ourselves!
ISO accreditation is an important part of our commitment to best practice and the fact that we are one of only a handful of organisations in the UK to achieve such clean passes for both audits is just the icing on the cake!
